I commented on your post about having a race out there to help lose weight and the check out your main page. I grew up just south of you in Lemoore! I am in Cincinnati now, but still have a soft spot for the Valley. Good luck with your personal training.

Way to go Jimmy! How cool it is to have you coaching me from a distance since your gym is so far away! Thank you for putting this work-out together for me, making it simple, fun and stress free. I love walking around the gym like I know what I am doing :) An I dont mind sharing you with other moms… just remember where you go for Christmas! Your workouts are great- It really helps to have the demo pictures too! Technology is awesome! Great job son! I am on my way back to a good, healthy lifestyle eating the right food, supplementation and exercising. I am going to the gym right now-with you :) Can’t wait for the new workout next week! Love, MoM

I didn’t belong to your team on sparkpeople for very long before you were gone. I loved your blogs and was so glad to find your site. I will continue to read them on here. I have a lot of weight to lose and need to get moving more. Thank you for being here and helping people.

You’re here! I was sick for almost a week, and today, when I realized that I hadn’t read any of your blogs, I went looking for you.

What an eerie experience!!!! I cannot imagine what possible “good” reason they could have had to show you the door, but I believe they have missed the opportunity of having a great inspiration and motivator as part of SP.

I guess there are no perfect worlds, even if they look spotless, so one has to take what’s positive about them, and the rest with a grain of salt.

Well, just glad I found you here, because I appreciate the “tough love”, and I was beginning to miss it big time!!!!

    Hugs,
    Mirie

Hi Trainer James! Whew, so glad I found you! I thought I was losing my mind when you were missing from my list of spark friends, and couldn’t find your page in a page search :-( But I found you now…YAY!! I was missing my daily “in your face – reality” blogs from you.
Take care and looking forward to this new site.

Thank you, Donna. I was asked to leave SP because my blogs were upsetting people. Honestly, I think SP was upset because I had such a presence on there and people were starting to say bad things about SP. I was just there to motivate! Oh well. Thanks for your kind words. Have a great week!
