Before and After Pictures

This woman is amazing. It has been an incredible journey. Currently, Tracey is jogging in at least one 5k a month. She has come so far and I am so proud of her!

This is Amy. It took her a little over two months. No crazy diet, no 6 hour a day workout plan, just healthy foods and a consistent workout plan. She worked hard to look like this and says she feels better than she has in 20 years.

Pat has lost over 30 pounds and almost 10 percentage points since starting with me (March 2010-September 2010).
