Is it okay to workout at night?
I read a study the other day that said it was not a good idea to exercise within 2 hours of going to bed; or eat, watch tv, and play on the computer 1 hour before bed. I only agree with that for one reason: after a day of work, chances are the last thing you want to do is exercise! Your best bet is to workout in the morning. There are many advantages, an important one is LIFE. Things come up, a session gets skipped, and now your weight loss goal is postponed.
