Jump Start Program:
All new clients are required to start with the jump start program. Includes 4-30 minute sessions, fitness assessment and diet analysis. We will go over the basics of fitness and nutrition, as well as get to know each other to make sure we can work well together. There is no commitment required past the 2 weeks. Think of it as a trial period…because it is. $99 per person.
MT Session (Maintenance Training)
Maintenance Training is for individuals or partners that want to supplement their workout every 2-4 weeks with a 30-minute personal training session. In order to sign up for this you must have completed the Jump Start program. 3 or 6 month commitment required.
- 3 Month Commitment: $60/month
- 6 Month Commitment: $55/month
1/2 hour sessions
After completing Jump Start Program, you are sent a warm up to do before our workout that day and a cool down do perform afterwards for every session.
- 1 on 1: $35
- 2 on 1: $30
- 3 on 1: $25
