Fitness Challenge: 25 pushups, 50 crunches, 25 squats

25 pushups: Regular for men, modified (from your knees) for women 50 crunches: Hands next to your ears, not interlaced behind your head. 25 squats:Use a chair knee high and make sure your bottom touches every time. Try to beat my time of 1 minute 18 seconds! What was your time?
