Okay, look- I am a personal trainer. I know my clients lie to me when they say they only had the 6 inch Meatball Marinara from Subway when really they scarfed the 12-incher that rings in at over 1400 calories. It happens every week- “Its my birthday,” “it’s a going away party,” “its Thanksgiving,” “it’s Christmas,” “its my mom, she made me eat 5 platefuls…” REALLY? Stop it. Either you want to get thin or you want to stay fat. Choice is yours. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE AN EXCUSE TO OVEREAT-none of them are good.
