Done!! Thanks for your daily challenges!! I do have one quick question, I’ve seen an ad for fat burner’s and I thought I’d ask you to about them. Now I know to eat the right foods, exercise, drink water etc. Just wondering do you suggest using them? If so what kinds?
Thanks again!! I did have to stop and rest doing them (for a brief time, could have been doing at least 2 instead of stopping). But they are all done!!

I don’t recommend fat burners for psychological reasons more than biological reasons. Anytime someone is taking a pill concerning weight loss it takes away from joy of earning your right to be healthy. Anything outside of eating a lot of fruits and vegetables plus exercise to lose weight has side effects that may include heart disease, certain forms of cancer, hypertension, etc. There just isn’t enough conclusive evidence to say taking those pills are okay for you in the long run.

Okay another question: Watching calorie intake, exercising, drinking plenty of water,etc..Not seeing a weight loss :( (going on two weeks) can you please tell me what I should focus on more? More cardio, more strenght training?? Thanks in advance!!
Thanks for a Great and AWESOME site!!

Thank you! Calorie intake: what are you consuming? Are they heathy fruits and vegetables or processed meals that were created in a science lab? Your nutrition intake is the number one thing to be paying attention to when working out. Drop the calorie counting and start eating fruits and veggies at every meal. You will find that you have very little space left for foods that are bad for you; so even if you do eat them you will be less hungry.

My calorie range is between 1200 – 1550 a day. I prepare all of my foods fresh and I am eating fruits. Have even changed my breads and pasta to whole wheat. I drink 5 cups of coffee a day, that’s better than the two pots I was drinking. I have only been drinking water, at least 10 glasses or more on some days. Now most days I don’t eat even 1200 and never 1550. So I should drop the calorie intake for the day? What about adding the protein powder you purchase at the stores?? Not sure of the names, just remembering reading about them somewhere. lol
    Thanks for all your help!!

here’s some more info that might help. I’m 47, weight is 131.8 height is 5’2″. I don’t know if this helps are not. Just thought I’d throw it in. lol
I would like to be around 110 or 115lbs.
What I meant to say was I very seldom eat over 1200 calories and as you can see some days I don’t eat that much.
    Thanks for your help!!

Whoa! That is a lot of info! I love that you are so detailed! I would love to help you but it will take a little more than a comment on here to really figure out your next step. I do Nutritional and Fitness counseling online through video conferencing. If you have the right equipment to do that we can set up a half hour to talk face to face. Does that sound like something you would like to do?

OMG!! I would love that!! Now I have webcam If I can figure out how to get it connected…lol…I’m not very computer smart :(
Thanks again for all you do!!
